HOW TO PREP FOR CLASSES:
Make sure you drink at least 8 fluid oz. of water leading up to your class and be sure to bring water to class!
Your instructor or vibe setter can help you properly set up your bike or equipment. Let us know if you ever have any questions before or after class and feel free to stick around to schedule your free goal setting consultation.

Make sure you do not come to our CULTURE classes on an empty stomach! FUEL YOUR BODY!
Every class has modifications. While our classes will push some of the most elite athletes, we also show up to have fun and grow together. ALWAYS listen to your body, this is a no judgement zone!
Please hold your spot in class by booking online. If you cannot make it to call please cancel online so the instructor can plan accordingly. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early so you can get set up. Please bring an extra pair of clean shoes and bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Please sanitize your hands when you arrive and wipe down all equipment and mats after class.
