This is our Signature Cycling Class. 45 Minutes or 60 Minutes of cycling to trending music, and fresh old school beats! Dimmed Lights, Motivating Instructors, and a VIBE RIDE like you've never experienced before!

This is our Signature BOXING Class. 45 Minutes of strength style training paired with BOXING to trending music, and fresh old school beats! Dimmed Lights, Motivating Instructors, and a SWEAT like you've never experienced before!

STRENGTH

This is our Signature ENDURANCE STYLE WEIGHT LIFTING CLASS.  60 Minutes of strength style training with weights, bars, and steps to trending music, and fresh old school beats! Dimmed Lights, Motivating Instructors, and a SWEAT like you've never experienced before! 

This is our Signature Strength Training class. 45 minutes of strength style personal training target different muscle groups. These workouts are fun and specifically designed by a certified personal trainer. Dimmed lights, Motivating personal trainers, and a BURN like you've never experienced before!

POP UP CLASSES|

POP UP CLASSES are our way of keeping your fitness FUN! These classes POP UP on our schedule and include CULTURE: ABS, STEP, BANDS, and FOAM ROLLING/DEEP STRETCH.

HOW TO PREP FOR CLASSES:

HYDRATE

Make sure you drink AT LEAST 8 Fluid Oz. of water before your F&H Culture Class AND be sure to BRING water to class!

Find your instructor

Look for your Instructor! Make sure you know how to properly set up your bike or equipment! Let us know if you are new-- or if you have any questions!

FUEL YOUR BODY

Make sure you do not come to our Culture Classes on an empty stomach! FUEL YOUR BODY! 
Eating HEALTHY carbohydrates is essential in order to properly and SAFELY fuel your body for your workout.

Modifications

EVERY class has modifications! Our classes can be attended no matter your fitness level! Our Instructors PUSH you to the max, BUT you can always modify for safety precautions! Be sure to let us know if you are feeling fatigued and ALWAYS listen to your body!

No Long Term Membership

At F & H Fitness Studio you are not required sign up for a long term membership. We can help you design a fitness program that is realistic for your lifestyle, schedule and your pocket book. You can choose a 24 hour gym option, punch cards, unlimited classes, personal training, or mix of all of the about or some. Getting results is about finding something that you can stick to long term and depends on how much accountability you want and need.
